Jennifer has over a decade of experience in human resource management. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition and development, employee retention, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and labor laws and legal compliance.
She has designed and executed employee retention initiatives that have dramatically reduced employee turnover by twenty five percent and increased employee engagement and effectiveness. She is safety focused and has implemented and facilitated new hire safety orientation and recurrent safety training for thousands of newly hired employees.
She promotes core company values and encourages employees to develop themselves and those around them through mentoring and succession planning initiatives. She is well versed in human resources legal compliance and maintains affirmative action commitments and goals and fosters a diverse work environment.
